Onboarding
The following process must be implemented by the client to get access to customers that have given consent, in this example eFaktura JTTA (Ja-Takk-Til-Alle) consent:
-
The client is onboarded to the service by the supplier. The client should be given access to the service and the chosen external consent registries
-
The client provides customer data to the service through a REST API
-
The client requests an update from the service to know which customers have given eFaktura JTTA consent, as well as receives the end customer’s address for the consented channel
-
The client should regularly request and receive updates on changes in eFaktura JTTA consent for customers
At invoicing, the client can mark the end customer data with their preferred digital channel and then distribute the invoice. When invoices are submitted for distribution, the client must normally either provide the end customer’s social security number (fødselsnummer) and/or channel address as provided by the service.
The service can also be used to get information about other customer consents, stored in different external registries. This is available as an option and the process will be the same if the client has subscribed to know the consents for several digital channels.
The service also offers the possibility for the client to update and/or enrich existing customer data from many open external data sources. Examples of such data is postal addresses, mobile phone numbers, property or car ownership, etc.
